I've been facing some frustrating issues with the infotainment system in my Creta. The touchscreen has been unresponsive at times, and there have been occasional freezes. Additionally, the audio quality seems to fluctuate, and there's a noticeable delay when connecting via Bluetooth.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? I'm curious if this is a widespread issue or just a problem with my specific unit. I've tried resetting the system, but it hasn't resolved the issues completely.

I'm hoping to find some solutions or at least know if I'm alone in dealing with this.

I've tried resetting the system multiple times, but the problem persists. I think it might be a software issue. Have you tried updating the system software? Sometimes, manufacturers release updates to address such problems.

Also, check for any loose connections behind the infotainment screen. A loose cable might be causing the intermittent issues.

If these steps don't work, it might be worth visiting the dealership and having them check it out. They might be able to identify the problem and fix it under warranty.
